Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Job DescriptionPurpose:Works closely with the Operations Brand Manager(s) or similar cross functional group(s), to support Brand or product initiatives including product analysis and project management. Understands and complies with all relevant Regulatory, Quality, and contractual obligations. Interfaces and collaborates with stakeholders/customers across multiple levels and cultures, from several areas of the business (Supply Chain, Commercial, Science & Technology (S&T), Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Finance, Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs), and Third Party Contractors (TPCs)), and establishes effective communication and working relationships within these groups. Identifies and executes opportunities for product, process, and/or culture improvement within or outside of Supply Chain.Responsibilities:•Under the direction of the Brand Manager, manage or support program activities to optimize  the operational performance and meet the needs for operational excellence and customer  satisfaction while ensuring that assurance of supply is maintained.•Assure alignment of sales and operations with elevation of issues that threaten the security of supply including approval of plans and/or contingencies to mitigate the root cause of the problem.•Connect with the Supply Chain planning groups to guarantee that tactical supply issues are  resolved to ensure continued supply of product to patients. Escalate and coordinate  communication with Commercial, Regulatory, QA and MES, as necessary.•Aid in the development and calculation of metrics to measure the health of the brands, TPMs, and TPCs as applicable.•Assist in the execution of Product Launches and Lifecycle programs.  functional teams.•Act as the project manager for projects as assigned, participating in and or leading cross•Execute product strategies to meet short and long term objectives for cost reduction and  customer satisfaction balanced with inventory investment across the corporation.•Lead projects with some managerial oversight and take initiative to proactively anticipate  challenges.•Ensure product inventory and supply strategies are reflected in Plans, LBEs, and Updates.•Demonstrate sound judgment with accountability in determining the best approach to manage  issue resolution understanding the scope, magnitude, and implications of the situation, and  elevating when necessary.

Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science preferred•2-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Product Development and / or Financial Management•Demonstrated experience in fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries, and demonstrated success as a collaborative team player•Must possess excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills•Proven ability to implement and execute large change programs, under the supervision of  management•Must have a developed understanding of the regulatory approval process for various products•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or responsibilities•Proven ability to interface effectively in worldwide cultural settings and with functional  managementKey Stakeholders:Brand Manager, Supply Chain; Director, Supply Chain Brands; VP, Supply Chain Planning and  Programs; VP, Biologics Supply Chain; VP, Supply ChainAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
