Lime is hiring a Manager, Distribution to join our Commerce Distribution Center team! In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Logistics & Distribution and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing distribution operations, keeping track of all spending, and developing plans to meet quarterly and yearly budget goals.

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive operational efficiencies, optimize workflows and maintain high standards for safety, quality and performance. By leveraging data-driven decision-making, process improvements and team development, the  Manager will ensure the distribution center supports the broader supply chain strategy while delivering exceptional service levels.

What you will do:

  • Track and manage spend at the Commerce Distribution Center, ensuring financial goals are met for quarterly and yearly budgets.

  • Develop and implement action plans to meet financial targets, adjusting operations to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality.

  • Drive workforce productivity by overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring team performance supports business requirements.

  • Foster and maintain a healthy culture on-site, ensuring that a positive, collaborative work environment is always upheld.

  • Develop, coach, and mentor up to 6 direct reports, supporting the continuous growth & development of both hourly and salaried personnel. 

  • Oversee all DC personnel hiring and facilitate annual planning for contract workforce in balance with operational & budget needs. 

  • Manage productivity goals for hourly and salaried employees to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers and business leaders.

  • Proactively identify continuous improvement initiatives including the evaluation of existing capabilities that results in establishing new systems and processes for tracking, reporting, and analysis of DC operations.

  • Ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment of all orders per SLAs, including those fulfilled by 3PL partners.

  • Maintain accurate and appropriate SOPs for all functional areas within the DC.

  • Ensure that all operations are aligned with safety and regulatory standards in accordance with company policies and external regulations.

About you:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with a strong focus on tracking spend and meeting budget goals.

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees at all levels, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to develop plans and strategies to meet financial and productivity goals.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and report directly to senior leadership.

  • Proficiency in using ERP and WMS tools for data analysis and operational decision-making (e.g., Excel, NetSuite, Oracle Transportation Management, etc.).

  • Ability to work on-site at the Commerce Distribution Center unless traveling.

  • Knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and state/federal labor standards, ensuring safety and compliance at a strategic level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP for financial and operational tracking.

  • Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, aligning distribution strategies with broader business goals.
