Job Summary:We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Byesville, OH. This role includes bending metal, operating machinery, and assisting with general production tasks. Team members may also operate forklifts and other company equipment—training provided if needed. Openings are available on 1st or 3rd shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery used in metal fabrication and processing
Cut, bend, and shape metal components based on order specs
Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards
Move materials and products using forklifts or other equipment
Assist with general labor duties around the shop as needed
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to get certified)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
Open to working 1st or 3rd shift, Monday – Thursday
