Prairie Farms Dairy has full time opportunities for production and warehouse workers.

  • Duties performed will included a variety of functions in a food production setting including high speed packaging equipment, palletizer and other powered equipment..
  • Must follow good manufacturing and safety practices completing all paperwork accurately and neatly in compliance with company GMP's, SOP's, and safety requirements.
  • Will be responsible to keep work area safe and clean and work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Will be responsible for following both written and verbal instructions and performing basic math and completing written daily reports.
  • Will load and unload milk trailers
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
  • May be required to load and move stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a 30 to 40 degree environment along with warm temperatures.
  • Must have six months experience in a manufacturing environment, previous dairy experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Shifts are eight (8) hour days, minimum 40 hour week with required 4 hours overtime when needed, on a daily basis.  Shifts may change weekly.
  • This is strenuous work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, lifting, and the ability to work under these conditions every day.  
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor will be required.
