Discounted demo unit made and sold by Castermac. The RS-3600 reciprocating sprayer can automate the spray finishing of cabinet doors and other flat parts. A paper belt transports parts under a reciprocating spray arm. Part sensors detect the workpiece and can trigger up to four spray guns. Four guns positioned at 45-degree angles will automatically spray the top and sides of the workpiece.

The footprint of the 36" belt (RS-3600) machine is an ultra-compact 84” x 96” which is great for space-limited shops. The push-button control panel is quick to understand and easy to use. Automatic features are overridable with manual controls for increased reliability.​  

These machines can be fitted with a variety of high-pressure or low-pressure spray gun packages for applying nearly all types of sprayable coatings and finishes. Guns and pump to be provided by customer or purchased separately through our partner spray equipment supplier.
