Job Description
Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic

[email protected], repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on the components of the central utilities plant, including but not limited to, steam/heating/domestic hot water boilers; generators; heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment; and incinerator (as applicable). Assists with work on other building systems and components. Assists the affiliate's with compliance of the environment of care management plans

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or related vocational training is required

Experience Qualifications

  • Two years facilities maintenance is required.
  • Three years stationary engineer experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Valid state driver’s license and must be insurable to operate hospital vehicles is required.
  • Power Plant Operating Engineer – Second Class License is preferred.
  • HVAC Certification is preferred.
