Lime is seeking a strategic leader to build and shape our Strategic Planning function! In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Strategy & Planning, and will lead the development of tools and processes to drive operational strategy and planning across Lime’s global business. You will work at the intersection of Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product, to build efficient, scalable, and repeatable processes.

The ideal candidate has experience scaling teams, products, or processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance execution with strategy. In this role, you will help design and implement systems that enable us to move quickly while maintaining quality and efficiency. The person hired for this role must be within a one hour commute of a Lime Warehouse (within the US).
What you’ll do:
Lead, manage, and optimize fleet planning and allocation decisions across global markets
Lead Lime’s annual capital allocation and planning process for Operations
Identify and analyze future growth opportunities, and build the business cases to support
Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, and Product
Develop, implement, and improve upon, operational processes and strategies that align with organizational goals (e.g. fleet allocation processes, capex planning, budget process)
Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across teams
Monitor and analyze operational performance using metrics, dashboards, and reports
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce costs
About you:
Bachelor’s degree Finance, Economics, or a related field
Master’s degree (e.g., MBA)
10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar strategic function
At least 5 years of experience managing a high performing team
Led or contributed to multi-year strategic planning cycles
Budget planning, P&L ownership, or investment prioritization experience
Prior experience working, or collaborating closely with FP&A or Strategic Finance functions
Experience in leading capital budgeting, and asset lifecycle planning
Managed cross-departmental initiatives or company-wide projects
Experience working in a fast paced, growing company environment
