Offering Sign on Bonus, $500 payable at 6-month anniversary, $750 payable at 12-month anniversary

Machinist I, II and III capabilities:

Work directly with engineering design team and programing department to:

  • Provide/recommend manufacturing methods
  • Evaluate drawings and provide feedback on GD&T according to design intent
  • Determine raw material dimensions

Programming:

  • Write & Edit NC Code at Machine
  • CAD/CAM experience a plus

Machine Set Up:

  • Determine and/or create appropriate fixture based on part drawing 
  • Determine clamping based on setup book and/or program
  • Determine appropriate cutting tools and holders

Inspection:

  • Evaluate critical features based off understanding of design intent
  • Determine appropriate inspection equipment and frequency

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays may be required.
