With a wealth of personal and professional experience, I have dedicated my life to achieving exceptional operational management in manufacturing environments. Through my expertise in automation, CNC machining, process optimization, lean integration, and organizational strategy, I have consistently driven efficiency, reduced costs, and cultivated highly engaged teams. My strengths lie in collaboration, communication, and building confidence at all levels of an organization. I am skilled at creating resourceful, disciplined, and intuitive processes that foster top-notch operations, growth, and innovation.
Over the past 26+ years, I have had the privilege of working closely with lead engineers and managers at prominent companies worldwide. This has kept me at the forefront of creativity and technological advancements, while also humbling me and instilling gratitude in an ever-changing world. Throughout my career, I have programmed various types of CNC machines, utilized robotics, automated processes, and studied Six Sigma, 5S, and lean manufacturing in both small and large shops. Adapting to changes, understanding unique part requirements, and meeting customer expectations in a competitive industry have been invaluable and enlightening experiences.
Outside of manufacturing, I cherish quality time with my wife and four children in the great outdoors. Whether it's camping, hiking, fishing, or biking, we love exploring nature together. Our three dogs often join us on our weekend adventures, adding to the joy. In my personal time, I enjoy outdoor bicycling, volunteering as an assistant scoutmaster with my son's Boy Scout Troop, and going to the shooting range with my children to shoot.
